The Children's Center held a picnic for fathers of Early Head Start and Head Start children at the Texie Camp Marks building in Franklin on Wednesday. Several grandfathers also made it!

Suffolk Head Start

This is one of the eight locations of the Children’s Center. It offers the Head Start program, for which families can apply based on income and other eligibility requirement. The Children’s Center is a nonprofit agency focused on birth to age 5 in Western Tidewater, Virginia.
