Rain, rain go away, we held fall festival anyway! Kids at the Head Start and Early Head Start centers in Smithfield celebrated fall with crafts, food, and bouncies on Wednesday.

Suffolk Head Start

This is one of the eight locations of the Children’s Center. It offers the Head Start program, for which families can apply based on income and other eligibility requirement. The Children’s Center is a nonprofit agency focused on birth to age 5 in Western Tidewater, Virginia.
