Children in Franklin planted a tree and flowers and cleaned up the property at two different sites in Franklin on April 22! Thanks to Lowe's of Franklin for donating the tree, flowers, and mulch!

Suffolk Head Start

This is one of the eight locations of the Children’s Center. It offers the Head Start program, for which families can apply based on income and other eligibility requirement. The Children’s Center is a nonprofit agency focused on birth to age 5 in Western Tidewater, Virginia.
