Smithfield Transition Ceremony

The Smithfield Head Start Center held a transition ceremony for all the children leaving the program. Thanks to the Luter Family YMCA in Smithfield for hosting the program, and special thanks to Beth Butner for donating books for the children!

Suffolk Head Start

This is one of the eight locations of the Children’s Center. It offers the Head Start program, for which families can apply based on income and other eligibility requirement. The Children’s Center is a nonprofit agency focused on birth to age 5 in Western Tidewater, Virginia.
