The Texie Camp Marks Children's Center and the Franklin Early Head Start Center held a transition ceremony for children leaving the program on Wednesday, August 13. Thanks to Franklin Baptist Church for hosting the event!

Suffolk Head Start

This is one of the eight locations of the Children’s Center. It offers the Head Start program, for which families can apply based on income and other eligibility requirement. The Children’s Center is a nonprofit agency focused on birth to age 5 in Western Tidewater, Virginia.
