Adopt A Classroom

Did you know you can adopt one of our classrooms? You can sponsor any of our classrooms by making a one-time donation of $50 or more!

Your donation will fund a specific classroom activity. If you are donating from a business, we will give your business a shout out on our social media pages! The children will send you a personalized thank you card and we will share photos of the children enjoying the activity!

Why adopt us?

This project gives teachers an incentive to be creative and implement a special activity that is outside of their daily curriculum. Examples of recent sponsored projects are: raising butterflies, creating a classroom emporium, digging dinosaur fossils, outdoor painting, raising baby chicks, and more!

Don’t have a project idea? Don’t worry! Our teachers will come up with the project. To adopt a classroom, you can e-mail Mary Faison at mfaison@childrenscenterva.com. Be sure to include which classroom you’d like to adopt! If a classroom is not specified, we will assign you one. Donations can be made online through our easy donation portal or via check made out to The Children’s Center and mailed to 700 Campbell Ave. Franklin, VA 23851.
