Kristie Dailey named new Executive Director!

Dear Children’s Center Family,

The Children’s Center is pleased to share exciting news as we prepare for the next chapter in our leadership journey.

After more than a year of thoughtful planning and an extensive national search, the Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Kristie Dailey as the next Executive Director of The Children’s Center.

Kristie is no stranger to our mission. For many years, she has served The Children’s Center with extraordinary dedication, bringing her deep expertise in early intervention, rehabilitation, and therapy directly to the children and families we serve. Throughout her career, Kristie has exemplified compassionate leadership, a strong commitment to our values, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of our community. Her ability to foster trusted relationships—with children, families, staff, and partners—stood out as a defining strength throughout the search process.

This transition comes as we prepare to celebrate the retirement of Rosalind Cutchins, whose leadership has been instrumental in shaping The Children’s Center since its earliest days. We are profoundly grateful for Rosalind’s decades of service and the countless lives she has touched.

Throughout this search, input from staff, families, and community partners played a central role in guiding the Board’s decision. We remain deeply committed to building on these strong relationships as Kristie steps into her new role.

We are excited for this next chapter and confident in Kristie’s leadership as we continue advancing our mission to support children and families in our community. We thank you for your ongoing support, which makes our work possible every single day.

With gratitude,

Jennifer Spencer
